Ruthie and I had an opportunity to dine at a new, soon-to-open restaurant called Sitka & Spruce. The evening's menu: Local clams with roasted couscous, venison, and quail stuffed with veal. It was delicious, satisfying, and uncomplicated. The place is a little hole in the wall next to a 7-Eleven in Eastlake. But don't be fooled, the food is great.
